The United Kingdom has 24 commercial international airports and many other domestic or private airfields however the best option for visitors coming from afar are Birmingham Airport, Heathrow and Gatwick. For those flying shorter distances Luton Airport can be used as an alternative.

Warwick University is located in the heart of England, three miles (five kilometres) from the centre of Coventry, on the border with Warwickshire. There are various rail stations that are easily accessed from the campus and they offer excellent links to Birmingham International, London and many other major UK cities.

Coventry Railway Station is a 10 minute train journey from Birmingham International and trains run every 10 to 15 minutes. Between 9:00 and 17:00 on Sunday 23rd July we will be running a free shuttle bus service from Birmingham Airport and Coventry Station to Warwick University. You will be greeted by our guides who will direct you to the shuttle buses. If you wish to make use of this service, country coordinators can indicate this under the 'arrival' section of their delegation's registration.

If you choose to travel to a different train station or on a different date, you will need to make your own way to Warwick University. You can find directions to the university on the University of Warwick website.
